Deck:
- A roomy 34" wide by 21" deep.
- Custom molded, UV-resistant, plastic resin.
- Stress crack resistant with high impact strength, the deck is manufactured with a hollow interior and uniform exterior wall thickness making it very rigid, yet lightweight.
- The surface texture and ridges help provide traction and is easy to clean and maintain
Tubes:

External: The tough outer tubes are made with 18oz. PVC coated polyester which is also used on inflatable boats because of its durability, abrasion resistance and tolerance for UV rays.

Internal: Inner air bladders are RF welded 100% polyurethane.
Valve:
- The Halkey Roberts valve is very reliable and makes it easy to quickly inflate and rapidly deflate the tubes. An inflation adapter consisting of a standard tire valve and a short length of clear plastic tubing is provided to inflate the tubes. (The adapter will accommodate most standard manual & electric inflation devices.)
Ramp:
- The "Superman mesh" is a tough, durable 18oz. rubberized coated fabric. The negatively buoyant mesh submerges readily and lets the water easily flow through, keeping the ramp safely underfoot. The spacing of the dual threads of the rubberized mesh provides excellent traction without danger of a dog's nail or paw being caught and injured.
Straps, Buckles:
- 1" Nylon strapping for attaching the deck to the flotation tubes and ramp. Nexus ladder-locks, made of Delrin, keep the deck and tubes aligned and snug.
Zippers, Stitching:
- Big #10 nylon, YKK brand, self-repairing zippers are used to access the bladder. Ramp components are attached via heavy-duty Velcro to the inflated tubes. Thread is industrial-strength, sun-resistant polypropylene. All seams under stress are double stitched.
